About
A technical venture studio built by an operator.
H2Op exists to build, operate, and advise on AI-enabled systems and the companies around them. It is led by a founder who writes the code, owns the infrastructure, and ships the products.
What H2Op is
H2Op is a technical venture studio and operating company. We build AI-enabled products, run them, and offer the same engineering capability to selected partners.
The work spans customer communication, outbound growth, lead intelligence, AI media generation, and the cloud and automation infrastructure that holds it all together.
The site you're on serves as the parent-entity layer connecting the operating ventures and the team behind them. The ventures — ZenOp, Gaidme, Keendai, and NuuMee.AI — do their own selling.
Founder
Mauricio Jochinsen — founder and operator of H2Op. Fifteen-plus years of technical leadership across optics, imaging, embedded systems, software, automation, cloud, and AI.
The background is unusually broad on purpose. AI ventures sit on top of cloud, growth, data, and product engineering, and each of those is a discipline of its own. The work goes faster when the same person can move across them.
Practical builder. No theory-only consulting, no decks-as-a-service. The default mode is to ship.
How H2Op operates
Small, technical, owner-operated
No layers between the work and the person doing it. Decisions are fast, and execution is the priority.
Real products, not slideware
Every venture is live and accountable to real users — not a pitch deck or a brand exercise.
Shared infrastructure
Ventures benefit from the same engineering, cloud, and growth systems built by the same hands.
Selective partnerships
H2Op takes on a small number of outside engagements when the technical and operating fit is right.
